Security

How PDFPayra protects your files and processing sessions.

Secure Connections

PDFPayra uses HTTPS to protect data transmitted between your browser and our website and processing infrastructure.

Temporary File Processing

Uploaded documents are processed for the operation you request. PDFPayra is designed for temporary document processing rather than permanent document storage.

Temporary files may exist for the duration technically required to complete processing. We do not advertise a specific deletion time unless that behavior is implemented and verified in production.

Isolated Processing

Document processing operations run through backend services designed to handle files programmatically. Uploaded files are not intended to be published as publicly browsable content.

File Validation

PDFPayra applies file type, processing, and size checks where supported. Unsupported, corrupted, encrypted, or malformed files may be rejected when they cannot be safely processed.

Password-Protected PDFs

When a user supplies a PDF password for an authorized operation, the password is used only as required to process the requested file.

Users must only unlock or process protected documents that they own or are authorized to access.

Infrastructure

PDFPayra currently uses modern cloud infrastructure for website delivery and backend document processing. Infrastructure providers may include Vercel, Google Cloud, and Cloudflare.

Logging and Monitoring

Technical logs may be used to diagnose failures, monitor service reliability, enforce limits, and investigate security issues.

PDFPayra aims to avoid intentionally placing uploaded document contents or passwords in application logs.

No System Is Perfect

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Users should maintain backup copies of important files and consider the sensitivity of a document before uploading it to any online service.
